My Hotel 23 - Hanoi

This hotel was a great find! The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were polite, funny, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was near the city center and close to Halong Bay. The rooms were exactly as shown in the pictures online, clean and well-maintained. The breakfast included in the package was simple but satisfying, with options like eggs, bread, and jam. Additionally, the hotel offered noodle soup, which they even went out to a local place to get for me.

All was perfectly fine during our stay.

The hotel's location is convenient for business travelers as it's near the city center and there are local places to eat nearby. the room had great facilities, such as a fridge, iron, hairdryer, and TV that could connect to the phone. the staff was friendly and helpful as they provided additional towels upon request and went out of their way to assist with packing and transportation. Guests can enjoy breakfast if they have the time.

Some staff members struggled with English, but they were still eager to assist.

The airport shuttle was luxurious and our room had a nice, big bed. Plus, the location was really convenient with lots of nearby places to eat and a market close by.
